Our mission

Zyra is a two-sided marketplace that turns hardware your organization (or contributors) already own into a secure private compute cloud — and pays Compute Node operators for the compute they contribute.

The team

• Tal Wayn — Project Initiator. Drives product vision and customer development.
• Hadar Wayn — Builder. Designs and ships the platform end-to-end (backend, web, agents, infrastructure).

We are an early-stage two-person team based in Helsinki, Finland. Production runs on EU infrastructure (Hetzner, Helsinki) by design.

Where we are today

Zyra is in active deployment with early-access organizations. We have GDPR-aligned data-rights controls, SOC2-aligned evidence collection, and ISO 27001-aligned controls; Zyra is not SOC2 certified today. Our compliance posture is documented at /security.html.
